2. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for all activity associated with your use of the Site. You agree to:

  • Your Content: By submitting any content to the Site (including testimonials or comments), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content.
  • Agency Responses: Public relations agencies featured on the Site may post professional responses to reviews about them. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to moderate, edit, or remove any agency response or other user-generated content that we deem violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Site.

4. Subscription Service

  • Service Description: The "Comparative Review" subscription plan (the "Subscription") provides users with a designated comparative review of PR agencies every month.
  • Minimum Term: By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and mandatory commitment of three (3) months (the "Initial Term").
  • Fees and Billing: The Subscription fee is six hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($697) per month. Your credit card will be automatically billed this amount every month, starting on the date of purchase.
  • No Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE 3-MONTH INITIAL TERM UPON ENROLLMENT, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING EARLY CANCELLATION.
  • Cancellation Policy: The Subscription cannot be canceled during the Initial Term. After the Initial Term, the Subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until it is canceled by you or by us. You may cancel a month-to-month renewal at any time via your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change Subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice of any fee change.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE INFORMATION, REVIEWS, RATINGS, AND ALL OTHER CONTENT ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND CONSTITUTE OPINIONS. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING, THE COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THIS INFORMATION. PR AGENCY REVIEW LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE, ACTIONS, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PR AGENCY LISTED ON THIS SITE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENGAGING ANY SERVICE PROVIDER.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PR AGENCY REVIEW LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Notice: Official legal notices to us shall be sent via email to info@pragencyreview.com. We may provide notices to you via the email address you provided upon registration.
  • Relationship Disclosure: PR Agency Review LLC maintains a strategic relationship with 9-Figure Media. However, the editorial content, reviews, and ratings published on this Site are created with strict independence and objectivity. This relationship does not influence the outcomes or opinions presented in our analyses.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PR Agency Review LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
